Office Administrator/Receptionist
CommonBond Communities is looking to hire an administrator/receptionist to work at our office. This position can be structured as part time (25-30 hours) or full time (40 hours).
The ideal candidate will have past experience working in an office environment for a company that provides professional services to residential and commercial clients. Strong appointment setting skills are required. Experience scheduling service appointments is beneficial.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
• Excellent attention to details, strong work ethic and great attitude
• Efficient organization, leadership, planning and time management skills
• Strong MS Office Skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Software knowledge preferred:
• MS Office products
• QuickBooks is a plus
