Fixed Cost Marketing Coordinator

As a Fixed Cost Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and creation of ads, trafficking those schedules and creatives, tracking calls received by the advertising partners and preparing analytics and reports track advertiser performance and media partner revenue earned through the program.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination of ad scheduling and creation within the Fixed Cost Marketing (FCM) program.
- Use of computer programs to generate reports for management.
- Responsible for assisting with all aspects of Fixed Cost Marketing (FCM) advertisers’ customer account maintenance.
- Compose emails, letters and faxes of advertising materials and media kits as needed for Fixed Cost Marketing (FCM) advertisers.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrably proficient in Office 365, as well as data entry
- Communicates clearly with customers and team members
- Able to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
- High school diploma
- Must possess a valid Maryland driver’s license
