Marketing Campaign Manager
The Gazette’s marketing team is looking for a campaign manager who is motivated analyze, develop, and manage email and social campaigns to increase performance and ensure they work across the customer journey. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-learner who is a creative, totally awesome and team-oriented person. What you’ll do
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key campaign/program effectiveness metrics and share learnings and best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for funnel and revenue growth
- Develop an understanding of target markets, audience personas, and segmentation strategy
- Execute A/B tests to optimize email open rates, CTR, and other engagement metrics.
- Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies.
- Coordinate creative and collateral
Skills you should have
- Experience with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
- Experience with email marketing, Facebook marketing, geo targeting, retargeting, contesting, content engagement programs
- Demonstrated results in generating leads that convert
- Organized approach and strong project management skills
- Demonstrated experience building and running campaigns in a marketing automation system

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation or similar marketing role at a B2C focused company
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
