Controller, Grant/Fund Accounting
The Division of Finance and Administration seeks a positive individual to serve as the Controller of Grant Accounting. This position will be responsible for understanding the financial requirements and accounting of each assigned grant including the approval of expenses, timely financial draws for expense reimbursement, all financial reporting, leading compliance audits conducted by the federal government, month end grant reconciliations and related entries, federal timesheets and allocation, year-end close, billing department indirect costs to the grant as allowed and other duties as assigned
Candidates must have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university with 12 credit hours in Accounting Courses and five years of experience in financial grant management, with three years of experience supervising finance professionals. Must provide college transcripts.
