Quality Assurance Specialist: Perform professional administrative duties related to auditing, assessing, training and evaluating performance improvement and regulatory compliance activities. Monitor the use of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment, and services. Coordinate with the Assistant Director, Director and with the senior leadership to identify plans and execute activities, design and delivers staff education, to promote patient safety, clinical documentation, and performance improvement initiatives and to ensure compliance according to regulatory statues, policies and procedures. Develop and maintain computerized record management systems to store and process data, such as personnel activities and information, and to produce reports. Establish work schedules and assignments for staff. 40 hr/wk. $63,856.00/yr. Job site: Los Angeles, CA.
