Commercial/Industrial Electrical Contractor seeking a person to manage small office in S St Paul.
Must be able to multi-task, work without supervision and have accounting, hr, and admin background. Some tasks will include Input of weekly time to specific purchase orders, Input of weekly material and job sheets to specific purchase orders, Collections, familiar with mobile banking and auto pay, Lien waivers, apply for construction liens, set up job credit accounts with vendors, work with vendors on credits and discounts, prevailing wage documentation, review contracts, H.R. yearly insurance review and upkeep supplemental, set up new hires, explain benefits and put together personnel folders, Notary, Reception/answer phones, apply for advertisements/hiring.
Flexible hours, but no weekends. Proficient Quickbooks Accounting Software experience a must. Experience in Microsoft Office required as well as computer knowledge.
Pay is based on experience, but competitive. Benefits are available.
