Nova Southeastern University, a nationally recognized research university in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, seeks candidates for multiple Admissions Services Representative I positions, responsible for assisting undergraduate enrollment goals by providing support to potential students and families, fielding telephone calls, and conducting routine office support.  Includes supporting enrollment objectives by providing superior customer service to prospective students from point of inquiry through enrollment, resulting in enhanced student engagement and retention.

We seek candidates who can collaborate with admissions colleagues, academic advisers, and other personnel to create an effective yield team and ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrolled student status.  Attention to detail, critical thinking, team-oriented collaboration, analytical and organizations skills, a professional attitude, as well as cogent writing skills are essential.
