Administrative Assistant Business Office
Responsibilities: Prepare bills for school board approval, post general ledger and expenses for payroll distribution and all funds, prepare treasurer's report for the school board, and file all paid invoices and all paid purchase orders. Prepare accounts payable/receivable accruals and prevent errors in financial reporting. Two year business degree preferred. High school diploma required. Strong computer skills and organizational skills required. Experience in accounts payable, general ledger and general knowledge of accounting principles preferred.
