Job Summary:
Establishes and maintains grant accounting procedures for governmental and TCC Foundation grants. Performs accounting related to all College grants. Works closely with the Director of Grant Development and the TCC Foundation to maintain accurate records of grant expenditures, foundation receipts and expenditures, and to ensure compliance with all grant budgetary regulations – private, state and federal.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3 years related experience.
- Familiarity with grant supported programs, both governmental and private.
- Knowledge of project management process.
- Familiarity with federal grant compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work cooperatively with grant project directors.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate periodic budget reports for grant project directors and the Office of Grant Development.
- Ability to reconcile expenditures with grant guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Starting Salary Range: $51,452 - $59,170
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 – 5:00
